Participants are responsible for making their own reservations. Below is a list of area hotels. Note that October 20 is Family Day at Virginia Tech, so you should make your reservations as soon as possible.

We have blocked rooms at The Hotel Roanoke and Conference Center. Call 1-800-992-2694 to make your accommodations. Our room block is listed under "Raju Raghavan Symposium".

We have also blocked rooms at the Courtyard by Marriott Roanoke Airport-Roanoke. Call to make your accommodations at 540-653-5002 or 1-800-649-4452. Our room block is listed under "Raju Raghaven Symposium".

Transportation to Roanoke and Blacksburg

For participants staying at the above mentioned hotels in Roanoke, we will be providing a chartered shuttle bus to and from Blacksburg the day of the symposium. For a schedule of departure and return times, click here.
